# Dashboard

> The Bidtify dashboard sums up total appraised value, cases added in the last 7 days and the next auction, with charts by property type, region, office and province.

The dashboard is the first page after you sign in. It gives a nationwide overview of auction cases from Legal Execution Department data: total value, new cases, and charts from several angles.

## What do the summary cards show?

| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Total appraised value | The sum of appraised prices of every case in the system |
| Appraised · unsold | The sum of appraised prices of cases not yet sold |
| Appraised · sold | The sum of appraised prices of cases already sold |
| Next Auction | The nearest auction date and how many cases are on it |

Every card uses the Legal Execution Department's **appraised price**, which is not an actual sale price. The data contains no actual sale prices.

Below the cards, **New in the last 7 days** shows how many cases were just added. Click **View list** to open the case list with the newest cases first.

## Which charts are on the dashboard?

- **Property Type Distribution**: cases by type, such as land with buildings, condominium or vacant land
- **Case Outcome Status**: sold vs outstanding vs no-bidder
- **Cases by Region**: cases across the regions of Thailand
- **Cases by LED Office**: the 15 Legal Execution offices with the most cases
- **Upcoming Auctions by Month**: scheduled auctions over the next 6 months
- **Price Distribution**: cases by appraised price range (฿ millions)
- **Median Price per sq-wa by Province**
- **Sold Rate by Property Type**
- **Top Provinces by Total Value**
- **No-bidder Rounds**: cases that had no bidder, by number of rounds. These are often room to negotiate.

Hover over or tap a chart to see the figure for each bar or slice.

## How do I see one office's cases?

In **Cases by LED Office**, click the bar of the office you want. The case list opens filtered to that office.

## Why does the dashboard say "This account can't view the dashboard yet"?

Your account's access hasn't refreshed. Sign out and back in to pick up your latest access.
