# Sign up and verify your email

> Sign up for Bidtify free with email or a Google account, verify your email within 24 hours, and request a new link if the email doesn't arrive.

Signing up for Bidtify is free, with an email and password or with a Google account. Every new account starts on the Free plan, which can search and view the full details of every auction case at no cost.

## How do I sign up with email?

1. Open [app.bidtify.com/register](https://app.bidtify.com/register), or click **Sign up free** on the sign-in page.
2. Enter your **First name**, **Last name** and **Email**.
3. Choose a **Password** of at least 8 characters containing both letters and numbers, and type it again under **Confirm password**.
4. Wait for the Cloudflare check under the form to show success. It usually passes by itself; if it says **Verify you are human**, tick the box.
5. Click **Sign up**.
6. When the page changes to **Check your email**, the verification link has been sent.

## How do I verify my email?

1. Open the email from Bidtify and click the verification link.
2. On the **Verify your email** page, click **Verify email**.
3. When you see **Email verified**, the account is ready and you can go to sign in.

The verification link is valid for 24 hours. If you try to sign in before verifying, you'll see a message saying the account has not verified its email yet.

## The verification email didn't arrive, or the link expired. What now?

- Check your spam or promotions folder first.
- On the **Check your email** page, click **Send again**.
- Or, on the sign-in page, click **Resend the verification email**, enter the email you signed up with, and click **Send verification email**.
- If the link shows **Verification failed**, it has expired or was already used. Click **Request a new verification link**.

> **Note:** For privacy, Bidtify gives the same answer whether or not an email is registered: "If … exists and is not yet verified, we have sent it a new verification email." If nothing arrives, check the address for typos.
## Can I sign up with Google?

Yes. Click the Google button under **or** on the sign-up or sign-in page and choose your Google account.

- An account created with Google is ready immediately, with no separate email verification, because Google has already verified the address.
- If you already signed up with the same email address, Bidtify links your Google account to the existing account automatically. Your plan and data stay as they were.
