Bidtify has three plans: Free, Pro and Expert. Every plan can search and view full case details, because auction listings are public records from the Legal Execution Department (กรมบังคับคดี). What differs is the advanced search tools, how fast and through which channels you are alerted, and the limits.

## Which plan should I choose?

- **Free** suits people just starting to look at auction property. Search, use the map and calendar, and draw 1 alert area with a summary of new cases in the app the next morning.
- **Pro** suits serious buyers. You are alerted the same night a new case is found, by email and LINE, and can filter by price range, area, price per square wa and deposit, and search by radius.
- **Expert** suits brokers and professional investors. Everything in Pro, plus a filter for cases that have failed to sell several times, alert conditions per area, and Area Stats.

## What is the difference between "same-night alerts" and the "daily summary"?

Bidtify collects new listings from the Legal Execution Department in scheduled runs; alerts are not real-time.

- **Pro and Expert** are alerted the same night the system finds a new case in your area.
- **Free** gets a summary of new cases in the app the next morning.

## How is billing worked out?

- Plans are billed every 30 days and renew automatically until you cancel.
- You pay by credit or debit card.
- Upgrading mid-cycle charges only the difference for the days left.
- You can downgrade or turn off auto-renew at any time and keep your current plan until the end of the cycle you paid for.
