# Advanced filters

> Filter auction cases by appraised price, area, price per square wa and deposit (Pro and above), and by how many times a case has failed to sell (Expert).

Plan: Pro plan and above (Pro, Expert)
In the app: https://app.bidtify.com/case
Source: https://docs.bidtify.com/en/search/advanced-filters/

The advanced filters narrow cases down by numbers, such as a price within your budget or a price per square wa below the neighbourhood. The number filters are available from the Pro plan up; the unsold-rounds filter is Expert only.

## Which advanced filters are there?

| Filter | What it does | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| Price (฿) | Appraised price range, min to max | Pro and above |
| Area (sq.wa) | Land size range in square wa | Pro and above |
| Price per sq.wa (฿) | Appraised price divided by area; compares value across plots of different sizes | Pro and above |
| Bid deposit (฿) | Range of the deposit needed to bid | Pro and above |
| Unsold at least (rounds) | Cases cancelled for lack of bidders at least this many times | Expert |

You can fill in just **Min** or just **Max**. For example, a maximum price of 1,500,000 finds cases appraised at no more than ฿1.5 million. Then click **Search**.

## Why look at price per square wa?

Total appraised prices can't be compared directly when plots differ in size. Price per square wa (appraised price ÷ area) shows which plot is cheaper for its size. Condominiums and cases with no land area recorded have no value here.

## Why are cases that failed to sell several times interesting?

When an auction round gets no bidders, the Legal Execution Department puts the property up again at the next round. Cases that have failed to sell several times often attract less competition, but find out why: occupants, poor access or a carried-over burden are common reasons.

> **Note:** Legal Execution Department data has no per-round discounted prices, so this filter counts rounds with no bidder; it does not show a discount.
## What do I see on the Free plan?

The **Advanced filters** group is dimmed with a **PRO** badge (the unsold-rounds field has an **EXPERT** badge). Clicking it opens a dialog with a **View Pro plans** button. See [Compare plans](https://docs.bidtify.com/en/plans/compare/).
