Bidtify Guide
Bidtify brings the property auctions of every Legal Execution Department (กรมบังคับคดี) office in Thailand into one place. Search them, see them on a map, plan around the auction calendar, and get alerted when a new case appears in a neighbourhood you care about. This guide explains every feature step by step.
Where should I start?
Section titled “Where should I start?”- Sign up and verify your email: free, with email or a Google account.
- Get to know the Bidtify screen: the menu, buttons, and features locked by plan.
- Search with filters by province, district, property type and auction date.
- Draw an alert area to be told about new cases in a neighbourhood.
What do you want to do?
Section titled “What do you want to do?”- Find cases in a neighbourhood → Case map or Near me
- Find cases within a budget → Advanced filters
- Check a property before bidding → Case details and the Pre-auction checklist
- Choose between several cases → Compare cases
- Track cases up to auction day → Followed cases and the Auction calendar
- See where cases are hard to sell or cheap → Heatmap and Area Stats
Bidtify plans
Section titled “Bidtify plans”Case details are free on every plan, because auction notices are public Legal Execution Department records. Bidtify charges only for its own search, analysis and alert tools.

- The bid deposit is what you lodge before bidding, not an opening price.
