What is Bidtify?
Section titled “What is Bidtify?”Bidtify is a website for finding property auctioned by Thailand’s Legal Execution Department (กรมบังคับคดี), with a map, an auction calendar, alerts for new cases in areas you draw, and area statistics. It’s at bidtify.com.
Where does the data come from, and how often is it updated?
Section titled “Where does the data come from, and how often is it updated?”From the Legal Execution Department’s auction notices, which are public records. Bidtify collects new data once a day, starting in the early evening.
Can I use Bidtify for free?
Section titled “Can I use Bidtify for free?”Yes. The Free plan can search and view the full details of every case, use the map and calendar, and draw 1 alert area. Paid plans add advanced search tools and faster alerts. See Compare plans.
Is the price shown the actual sale price?
Section titled “Is the price shown the actual sale price?”No. Prices in Bidtify are the Legal Execution Department’s appraised prices, not actual sale prices or market prices.
Is the bid deposit the opening price?
Section titled “Is the bid deposit the opening price?”No. The bid deposit is the security a bidder must lodge before bidding.
Does Bidtify show the discount at each auction round?
Section titled “Does Bidtify show the discount at each auction round?”No. Legal Execution Department data has no per-round prices, so Bidtify can only show how many rounds a case has had with no bidder.
Can I bid through Bidtify?
Section titled “Can I bid through Bidtify?”No. Bidtify is a tool for finding and tracking cases. Bidding follows the Legal Execution Department’s process at the office selling the property.
How do alerts differ between Free and Pro?
Section titled “How do alerts differ between Free and Pro?”Free gets a summary of new cases in the app the next morning. Pro and Expert are alerted the same night the system finds a new case, in the app, by email and on LINE. See How alerts work.
Are alerts real-time?
Section titled “Are alerts real-time?”No. Bidtify collects listings from the Legal Execution Department once a day; Pro and Expert are alerted as soon as a new case is found in that run.
How many alert areas can I draw?
Section titled “How many alert areas can I draw?”1 on Free, 10 on Pro and 30 on Expert. See Draw alert areas.
Connecting LINE didn’t work. What should I do?
Section titled “Connecting LINE didn’t work. What should I do?”Make sure you’ve added the Bidtify LINE OA as a friend and sent it the exact code copied from Notification settings, then click Verify again. See Alert channels and the bell.
How can I pay?
Section titled “How can I pay?”By credit or debit card through Omise. Plans are billed every 30 days and renew automatically. See Subscribe and upgrade.
Can I cancel my plan?
Section titled “Can I cancel my plan?”Yes, any time. Click Turn off auto-renew on the plans page. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid cycle, then reverts to Free. See Manage your plan and receipts.
Where do I get a receipt?
Section titled “Where do I get a receipt?”Bidtify emails a PDF receipt after every successful payment, and you can download past receipts from Payment history on the plans page.
Why are some cases missing from the map?
Section titled “Why are some cases missing from the map?”The map shows only cases with coordinates. Cases without them can still be found on the Cases page, and some coordinates are approximate.
Can I use Bidtify in English?
Section titled “Can I use Bidtify in English?”Yes. Click the language switch (ไทย / EN) in the top bar. Alert emails and LINE messages switch to the same language.
